Does God Wear Clothes

Does god wear clothes. Every other creature on this planet does not need clothing but they are given custom clothing by god himself. He does so without specifying exactly what sort of clothing that entails so the principle can apply to differing cultural norms at various times in history. And when he created man and woman he would interact with them while his wang was dangling over their heads. And cloth is kind of the notmal thing cloths are made of.

God has no physical form. The universe both conceals and reveals god. It conceals god. The reason was that he wanted to separate us out as special from all his other creations.

Throughout the bible white clothing symbolizes purity. He doesnt need clothing at all. You might be thinking though god has so much to care about it. Does he really care what i wear well the short answer is yes.

Respect for god and a correct view of the human condition cause men to cover their nakedness. The clothes that we wear can say a lot about ourselves. God doesnt wear clothes because god doesnt have form or shape or body upon which to have clothes worn. Men and women were commanded in the mosaic law to wear only gender appropriate clothing deuteronomy 225 because wearing the clothing of the opposite sex conveyed rebellion against gods design.

We cant see god but he shows us something of himself by his clothing the creation. But again thats because our lord jesus became flesh united himself with human nature and has a very real and solid human body. The history of mankind teaches that when cultures are influenced by a healthy fear of god the people cover themselves but when societies rebel against morals and god they take their clothes off. We cant see him in his infinite glory as he really is.
